    Mind Shifts That Matter!

    Feel positive, fulfilled and in alignment with your true self! I'm fortunate that since a young age my family has been extremely motivated, driven and self development aligned. During my youth, I was interested in reading books that outlined how to live a fulfilled life and ways to enjoy day to day. One book in particular called 'Don't Sweat The Small Stuff' by Richard Carlson is one that implements small daily acts for a happier and better you. I sometimes still catch myself
