4 Ingredient Muesli Bars


  • 2 and 3/4 cups of your favourite muesli or granola: I used Carmen's Limited Edition Macadamia and Raspberry one from this month's Goodness Me Box. Use code GENE10 for money off your first box!

  • 1/2 cup honey: Or rice malt syrup if vegan.

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup (40g) vegan butter: Or coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make:

  1. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius (fan-forced) and line a brownie tin with baking paper.

  2. Using a medium bowl, pour in your granola.

  3. Over the stove, using a small saucepan, mix honey, coconut sugar, butter and vanilla extract. Bring to the boil.

  4. Once bubbling, pour over your granola and mix thoroughly using a wooden spoon.

  5. Put the mixture in the tin and bake in the oven for 15 - 20minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Allow cooling for 10 minutes once baked as it will harden once cooling.

  7. Slice into desired shape and sizes.


  • Can last in the fridge for up to 3 days or in freezer up to a month

  • Coat with your favourite melted choc if you want! I used vegan white choc for mine!
