3 cups frozen pitted cherries: Alternatively this recipe would work with any frozen fruit!
1 cup full fat coconut cream: From the can
2/3 cup agave nectar: Or honey/ sweetener you prefer
2 tsp boost bone broth body glue: This is optional. I get mine from Gevity Rx - Use code GENE10 for a discount!
1/2 cup toasted coconut: This is optional.
How to make:
Simply blend all ingredients in a blender (except for the coconut) and pour into a loaf tin.
Mix in the toasted coconut.
Let set overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours in the freezer.
Once set, serve and enjoy with your favourite chocolate or extra coconut!
