Cherry Ripe Sorbet


  • 3 cups frozen pitted cherries: Alternatively this recipe would work with any frozen fruit!

  • 1 cup full fat coconut cream: From the can

  • 2/3 cup agave nectar: Or honey/ sweetener you prefer

  • 2 tsp boost bone broth body glue: This is optional. I get mine from Gevity Rx - Use code GENE10 for a discount!

  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut: This is optional.

How to make:

  1. Simply blend all ingredients in a blender (except for the coconut) and pour into a loaf tin.

  2. Mix in the toasted coconut.

  3. Let set overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours in the freezer.

  4. Once set, serve and enjoy with your favourite chocolate or extra coconut!
