Double Choc Fudge Bliss Balls

These ones are vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free! 🙌🏼


  • 10 medjool dates: With the pits removed

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 3 tbsp almond butter

  • 3 tbsp chocolate protein: I used Naked Harvest‘s as usual!

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder: Morlife’s one is my favourite - use code GENE15 for a discount!

  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice malt syrup: If not vegan use honey!

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil: Melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make:

  1. Simply blend all your ingredients together in a food processor or a high speed blender. Making sure the mixture can be moulded in your hands - if not, add more coconut oil or almond milk as needed!

  2. Roll into your desired size of balls and set into the fridge for 5 minutes.

  3. Coat with melted chocolate and set in the fridge for a further 5 minutes (optional)
