1/3 cup vegan vanilla protein powder: If you don't have protein powder, you can sub in more almond meal or maca powder
2 cups almond meal
1/2 cup nut butter, slightly melted: I used hazelnut butter.
1/2 cup nut mylk: I used Ulu Hye's nut mylk! Super delish and sustainable too!
4 tbsp of agave nectar: Use honey of not vegan!
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
How to make:
In a large bowl, combine the almond meal and protein powder and whisk. Then using a wooden spoon or spatula add in the remaining ingredients.
Fold through the choc chips
Leave the bowl in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
Transfer to a jar to eat later or eat immediately! Tastes delish over ice cream, rolled into protein balls or bake this into cookies!
After mixing, if it comes out too dry add tablespoons of milk as needed.
Lasts up to a week in the fridge.
