1/3 cup protein powder: I used Happy Way's Triple Choc Fudge vegan protein.
2 cups oat flour: Or use any flour you'd like!
1/2 cup nut butter, slightly melted: I used peanut butter.
1/2 cup almond milk: Or any milk you'd prefer.
4 tbs of honey: Use agave nectar to make the recipe vegan!
2 tbs cocoa powder
1/3 cup of dark chocolate chunks
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
How to make cookie dough protein balls:
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder and cocoa powder and whisk together. Then using a wooden spoon or spatula add in the remaining ingredients.
Roll mixture into small balls and set aside on baking tray.
Leave tray in fridge for 5-10 minutes.
Take out of fridge and use melted chocolate to drizzle with teaspoon over each protein ball.
Leave in fridge for 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
If you don’t have any oat flour make some! Just mix in the blender, it's super easy.
After mixing, if it comes out too dry add tablespoons of milk as needed.
Using a cookie scoop may help shaping the balls easier.
Lasts up to a week in the fridge.
