2 eggs: Can use chia or flax egg if vegan
1 cup GF oats
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp vanilla vegan protein powder: I use Naked Harvest's one! Use code 'GENE' for 15% off store-wide!
Dash of almond milk or water
How to make:
Simply blend all the above ingredients in a blender.
Using a pan over medium heat, grease with vegan butter or coconut oil and pour mixture into circles.
Flip once little bubbles form on top or for about 2 minutes each side.
Plate and top with your favourite fruit and vegan coconut yoghurt!
Best eaten fresh!
Pancakes with egg and banana tend to burn easily, so make sure to rather use medium or low heat than a high heat.
