Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups almond milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tbsp strawberry protein

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp Beauty Dew Elixer: This is from Edible Beauty! It is the perfect hair, skin and nail supplement.

How to make:

  1. In a blender, blend together everything except the chia seeds.

  2. In a small bowl, pour the blended mixture over the chia seeds and whisk.

  3. Let sit for 5 minutes and then whisk again to remove any clumps.

  4. Cover and place in the fridge for at least an hour to set (the longer you wait, the thicker it will become)

  5. Remove chia pudding from the fridge and whisk again. Pour into cups/bowls as desired and top with your favourite fresh fruit, coconut yoghurt and granola.

Tips:

  • Chia pudding will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days

  • I like to make my chia pudding and then let it sit overnight for a thicker consistency.

  • If your chia pudding comes out thicker than you would like, add tbsp of almond milk until you achieve your desired consistency.
