Super Greens Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup kale

  • 2 scoops vanilla vegan collagen: I used Dose and Co's!

  • 2 scoops vegan protein: I used Naked Harvest's - Use code GENE for 15% off store - wide!

  • Dash of almond milk

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp flax meal

  • 1 tbsp almond butter



How to make:

Simply blend altogether and top with your favourite fresh fruit, granola and nut butter!


Tips:

  • Frozen banana is KEY to making a creamy smoothie bowl

  • The less milk you use, the thicker the bowl will be
