3/4 cup cashew butter: Or almond butter, but cashew has more of a subtle nutty taste.
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
3 tsp pine coconut collagen powder: I use Naked Harvest's one! Use GENE for 15% off store-wide!
2 tbsp mango vegan protein
1 cup coconut cream: The one in the can!
How to make:
Simply blend all the ingredients together.
Pour into paddle pop moulds.
Leave in freezer to set overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
