For the donuts:
1 cup buckwheat flour: Just normal GF flour works fine too!
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 5g sachet of Adrenal Reset Mocha: This is from Before You Speak Coffee and is amazing! Tastes just like regular mocha (maybe even better), but without caffeine!
Pinch of salt
1 cup almond milk: Any nut butter will work
3 tbsp melted vegan butter: Or melted coconut oil if you don’t have any!
For the frosting:
3 tbsp vegan butter
1 scoop vanilla creamer from Before You Speak Coffee: Vegan vanilla protein would work too!

How to make:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease donut mould.
In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
Add in the wet ingredients, and mix with a spatula until combined (no lumps)
Spoon the mixture into the donut mould, leaving about 1/4 toward the top for rising.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Cool in donut mould for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, using a fork or handheld mixer combine the vegan butter and creamer. Frost evenly on the donuts and enjoy!

Tips:
Make sure the donuts are completely cooled before frosting, otherwise, it will melt.
Drizzle over melted chocolate if you want a more chocolatey flavour!
These can last in the fridge for up to 3 days.
If you do decide to try this recipe (which I highly recommended, as they‘re DELISH) make sure to send me a DM with a photo or tag me in your story! I love seeing everyone’s re-creations!
Lots of love and happy donut making!
