3/4 cup GF oats: Use regular oats if not GF
1/4 cup quinoa flakes: Sub more oats if you don’t have these
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxmeal
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp vegan choc protein
1 tbsp maple surup
1/2 cup almond milk
How to make:
In a Tupperware or bowl, simply whisk all your dry ingredients together.
Add in your maple syrup and almond milk and mix until fully combined.
Set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or preferably overnight.
Take out from the fridge and give a further mix.
Add your favourite toppings, fruit and seeds/nuts and enjoy!
