Vegan & GF Cinnamon Vanilla Overnight Bircher



Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp ground flax: Flax seeds will work too!

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup GF rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein: I used Naked Harvest's vanilla shortbread one! You can use the code 'GENE' for 15% off storewide!

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup


How to make:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Place the bowl in the fridge overnight!

  3. Top with your favourite fruits, nuts and more cinnamon if you'd like!
