Vegan & GF Greens Chia Pudding


  • 1 and 1/2 cups almond milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp of Mango Magic Greens Powder: I used Naked Harvest's one! Use code GENE for 15% off!

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make:

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, greens powder. Pour in almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes and then whisk again to remove any clumps.

  3. Cover and place in the fridge for at least an hour to set (the longer you wait, the thicker it will become)

  4. Remove chia pudding from the fridge and whisk again. Pour into cups/bowls as desired and top with your favourite fresh fruit, coconut yoghurt and granola.


  • Chia pudding will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days

  • I like to make my chia pudding and then let it sit overnight for a thicker consistency.

  • If your chia pudding comes out thicker than you would like, add tbsp of almond milk until you achieve your desired consistency.
