1 cup GF flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp Naked Food's Hot Chocolate Powder
1 tbsp flax meal
1 & 1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil: Melted
1 tsp vanilla essence
How to make:
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together until well combine (flour, baking powder, hot chocolate, flax meal)
Add in all your wet ingredients and mix further.
Over medium, low heat add a teaspoon of coconut oil or vegan butter and about 3 tbsp of the pancake batter per pancake.
Cook pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side (they won't bubble, but they should be easy to flip once cooked).
Add your favourite toppings, vegan chocolate and fruit! Enjoy!
