Vegan & GF Triple Choc Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 2 heaped tablespoons chocolate vegan ice cream: Optional, but makes it oh so creamy!

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax meal

  • 1 tbsp Gut Replenish Powder: This is from Edible Beauty and is perfect for all things gut and microbiome support. It's my go-to for when I need some extra gut-loving. Use the code GENE10 for a discount!

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

How to make:

  1. Simply blend all the ingredients together and pour into your favourite cup!

  2. For some extra chocolaty vibes, pour and swirl some melted vegan chocolate into your cup before pouring the smoothie.

  3. Top with some cocao nibs and enjoy!
