1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Dash of almond milk: I used the original Bonsoy's almond milk - it makes anything super creamy!
1 packet of Raw Medicine's berry magnesium powder: Found in the Goodness Me Box, use code GENE10 for a discount!
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein: I used Naked Harvest's vanilla shortbread one!
How to make:
Simply blend all the above ingredients together and top with your favourite fruit and granola!
If you use too much milk it will turn into more of a smoothie rather than a smoothie bowl, so when in doubt less milk!
Best eaten fresh!
