My
why

I was led to naturopathy during a time when my body was deeply unwell and I felt disconnected from myself. I’d been through a serious illness and was on multiple medications, but still didn’t feel like I was getting better.

On top of that, I was experiencing post-pill acne and irregular cycles, symptoms that felt brushed off or not fully addressed. Seeing a naturopath for the first time was a turning point. The way they looked at the whole picture with care, curiosity, and a focus on finding the root cause, helped me feel seen and hopeful again. That experience stayed with me, and slowly led me toward this path.

My personal healing journey has shaped everything I do. I know what it’s like to feel dismissed, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to turn. That lived experience makes me deeply passionate about holding space for others in similar seasons.

Supporting women through emotional and physical healing, especially when they’ve been told “you’re fine,” but still feel far from it. I love exploring the nervous system, hormones, digestion, and the emotional layers of healing.

You’ll be seen as a whole person, not a list of symptoms.

Gené Naturopathy welcomes your whole story, the layered, complex, and imperfect parts that make you who you are. It’s a place where your health is seen as more than just symptoms, and where real care takes its time. Every symptom is seen in the context of your emotional wellbeing, nervous system, lived experiences, and current life season. Whether you’re coming in with hormonal shifts, gut issues, or general overwhelm, we work gently and holistically to understand why your body may be responding the way it is, and how to bring you back to balance, step by step.

I’ve walked my own path with health

This is care that’s both informed and deeply personal. Like many of my clients, I’ve been through seasons of burnout, hormonal imbalances, and health confusion. I understand what it’s like to feel unheard or to be told “you’re fine” when you don’t feel fine. That lived experience is what fuels the depth of care I bring to my clients. I hold space with softness, not judgement, because I’ve needed that same softness myself.

Emotional layers are always part of the picture

Symptoms don’t live in isolation. They’re often tangled up with stress, stories, patterns, and nervous system responses we’ve carried for years. I work with the understanding that physical healing doesn’t always happen without emotional repair, and that sometimes, the most powerful shift comes from being heard. You’ll never be rushed or dismissed. I hold space not just for your health goals, but for the emotional texture that lives underneath them.

No one-size-fits-all approach

Your body, history, values, and needs are completely your own, and your care should reflect that. Every protocol is crafted thoughtfully and individually, shaped by your lifestyle, capacity, and readiness for change. Whether you need small, achievable steps or deeper therapeutic intervention, we move at a pace that feels manageable for you. This is about making changes that feel safe, aligned, and supportive in the context of your life.
